In addition to the new production of fixed-pitch and variable-pitch propellers and complete shaft systems, we also offer an extensive spare parts and assembly service worldwide. We carry out repairs and overhauls of fixed-pitch and variable-pitch propellers of all types and sizes. Among other things, we can take on the following repair and service tasks for you:
- Straightening of propellers and variable-pitch propeller blades
- Welding of blade segments
- Pitch modification / power adjustment
- Polishing of large propellers
- Static balancing
- Grinding of propellers and shafts to improve the bearing pattern
- Repair service also for recreational vessels
Depending on the extent of the damage, repairs can be carried out in our workshop or directly at the ship itself.
In our headquarters in Lübeck, we also have the possibility of adjusting shafts and reworking or reproducing bearing, bushing and shaft covers, depending on the degree of damage or wear.
Services with certificate of acceptance
Our repair and service activities are carried out according to the regulations of the desired classification society such as ABS, BV, DNV, LRS, RINA etc. and can be subjected to acceptance testing and provided with a corresponding acceptance certificate if desired.
